ABOUT OUR SAUCES: We make and serve four kinds of BBQ sauce – choose your favorite!

Clara’s Sauce: Sweet and mild, tomato based with a fresh lemony twist, an old family recipe.

45 Sauce: Spicy, tomato based, sweet and robust with a kick.

Father Paul’s White Collar Sauce: Savory Alabama White Sauce with a touch of horseradish.
Honey BBQ Sauce: Made fresh with brown sugar, honey and just a touch of spice.

**Ask about our gluten-free menu choices. We do not have a gluten-free kitchen, but several of our dishes
are suitable for our guests with gluten intolerance, including one of our delicious desserts. We are happy to work
with our guests who have special dietary needs, and will serve you to the best of our ability.
